When you find that your current PDF translation pages, image translation count, or Tokens are insufficient, you can purchase additional add-on packages. The system will deduct from your subscription quota first, then from the add-on packages.

Currently, add-on packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

If your add-on package has not been used, we support refunds. If the add-on package has been used, we do not currently support refunds.

We currently do not have a transfer system. We may develop transfer and gifting features in the future.
